The Answers You Need

How long does it take to ship my order?

Every item is made and thoroughly checked for quality and since we are a small business, processing can take time.  There's never a guarantee that we can get your order out by a specific time but we do our best to get everything processed and shipping within 10 business days.

Can I pre-order a sale item?

Yes! Pre-orders have a longer wait time to ship.  It can take up to 4 weeks to process your order.  That is why they are typically discounted from the normal price.

What is your return policy?

We will accept returns and/or exchanges within 20 days of the ship date.


WE WILL NOT REFUND DISCOUNT SALE ITEMS.

WE WILL NOT REFUND PRE-ORDER ITEMS THAT HAVE YET TO BE RECEIVED. If you decide to pre-order a specialty item please be aware that these items take longer to ship and we cannot always guarantee the shipping date although we do our best to give you updates as often as possible. 

Product must be in new condition. Not worn and without smells.  If the item you have returned does not meet "like new" standards the customer will receive store credit for the cost of the items returned.
